About Pastor Satise Roddy
Pastor Satise Roddy, is a bold, Spirit-led preacher, visionary leader, and trailblazer in ministry leadership. She serves as the Lead Pastor of Oasis Church in Minnetonka, Minnesota, where she faithfully shepherds a multigenerational, multicultural congregation with prophetic insight, Biblical depth, and a heart for revival.

As Lead Pastor, she ministers weekly with passion and purpose, equipping the Body of Christ to walk in bold faith, healing, and the fire of the Holy Spirit. Her leadership is marked by integrity, compassion, and a deep desire to see lives transformed by the power of God.

Pastor Satise is the Founder of Satise Roddy Ministries, NOW IS THE TIME-The Movement, and the NOW IS THE TIME–IGNITE Mentoring Network, where she activates and supports women in ministry and those called to ministry. Through conferences, devotionals, mentorship, and preaching, she is raising up a generation of women leaders to walk confidently in their God-given calling.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Ministries and a Christian Counseling Certificate from the University of Northwestern–St. Paul, is a Certified Mentor, an author and now proudly celebrates the completion of her Master of Theology from the United 4 Christ Bible University.
In addition to her work in the church, Pastor Satise partners with the local police department, offering spiritual support and community engagement. Her commitment to bridging the gap between the Church and the community reflects her belief that ministry doesn’t stop at the pulpit, it extends to the streets.
