This blog is more personal. I believe that the Holy Spirit is prompting me to share my journey, trusting that as I open my heart, you’ll be reminded that the same God holding me is holding you, too.

Allow me to be vulnerable. I don’t come with polished words, but with an open heart. I write not just as Pastor Satise, but as a daughter of God walking through a valley that requires faith in every breath. I have recently been diagnosed with Stage 3 Breast Cancer. The words alone can feel heavy. The journey before me is great, but God is greater. And in the middle of this diagnosis, I am reminded that the Word of God is more certain than any report, and His Spirit is more powerful than any storm.

This is not the first time I’ve faced cancer. In 2005, I walked through breast cancer, and God healed me. His healing power carried me through that season, and His Spirit breathed life where fear tried to settle. And if He did it once, I believe with all my heart, that He can, and will, do it again.

The same Spirit who raised Jesus from the dead lives in me (Romans 8:11).That means life, hope, and healing are not distant promises … they are present realities. When fear tries to whisper its lies, the Holy Spirit rises within me to remind me … “Daughter, I am still the Lord who heals you” (Exodus 15:26).

This battle is not just about me. It is about testifying to anyone facing their own struggle, whether sickness, loss, financial pressure, or emotional exhaustion. You are not walking alone. The Holy Spirit is your Comforter, your Strength, your Healer, and your Friend.

Cancer may have a name, but Jesus has the Name that is above every name. And in that Name, there is victory.

I do not share this for pity … I share it as a proclamation of faith! The same God who healed me of cancer once will show Himself strong again, and I will yet testify of His goodness (Psalm 27:13).

HE gets the glory from this!

And I stand on the words of Jesus, “This sickness will not end in death. No, it is for God’s glory so that God’s Son may be glorified through it” (John 11:4).

Hear me in the Spirit. What feels like the heaviest part of your journey is not meant to bury you … it’s meant to birth you. The same way Jesus travailed in prayer in the Garden and then walked out of the grave in victory, I pray your season of weeping gives way to rejoicing. I pray the tears you have cried are being gathered by God and poured back as rivers of joy, healing, and restoration.

The enemy wants you to believe your story ends in defeat. But the Spirit of God is declaring over you, “This is not the end. My glory will rise out of this.”Holy Spirit, breathe Your fire into every weary soul today. For those fighting sickness, battling fear, or carrying hidden burdens, remind them that You are near. Let healing flow, let peace stand guard, and let hope rise like the morning sun. In Jesus’ mighty name I pray, Amen.

If you are reading this and you do not have a relationship with Jesus, I want you to know He loves you, He sees you, and He is calling you to Himself today. The Bible says, “If you declare with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved” (Romans 10:9).

Pray this from your heart:

Lord Jesus, I believe You died for my sins and rose again with all power. Today, I surrender my life to You. Be my Savior, my Lord, and my Healer. Fill me with Your Spirit so I may walk in Your truth and live for Your glory. In Jesus' name, Amen.

If you prayed that prayer, welcome to the family of God!You don’t have to walk this journey alone … the Spirit of God and the family of faith are with you.

I encourage you to connect with a Bible-based Church, grow in the Word, and be filled with the Holy Spirit, who will empower you.

Walk boldly … the same Spirit who raised Jesus from the dead is alive in you.

To God be the glory!
